September 26, HBIS Chairman Liu Jian met UAE International Resources Holding (IRH) founder and COO Ravi Sharma, focusing on technology development and future cooperation.

IRH CFO Abhinay Khowala was also in the meeting.

Liu Jian introduced HBIS group briefly, and stated HBIS as a China large-scale steel enterprise, while promoting the transformation of steel products from raw material level to material level, has been deeply engaged in the development and operation of mineral resources, and has rich experience and leading advantages in production organization of metallurgical mines and process innovation. HBIS will maintain an open attitude, carry out technical exchanges and sharing in metallurgical mining with IRH, and actively explore innovative cooperation methods in areas such as international trade and new energy to promote the relationship between the two sides to a new level.

Ravi Sharma introduced IRH briefly, and stated that IRH is dedicated to exploring the potential of the mineral value chain, with a strategic focus on minerals needed for the energy transition and engaging in mining and trading business globally. HBIS Group has unique advantages in the development and operation of mineral resources, looking forward to conducting on-site visits and exchanges at the mines under HBIS Group. IRH is willing to conduct in-depth exchanges with HBIS, explore more cooperation paths that are in line with the development interests of both sides in more fields, and achieve common progress through mutual benefit and win-win results.
